It all began with a diaper cake made for a friend who was expecting a miracle baby girl, after months/ years of trying.  I had seen a Diaper Cake example on the internet and I knew it would make a perfect and practical gift for the new parents. Simply wrapping up a package of diapers and accessories isn't that much fun to give or receive is it?

So a colleague and I decided to put it together a fun and as creative diaper cake as we could, loaded with baby necessities that were sure to be treasured by the new parents... and the reaction we received (from them and everyone else) was priceless!

With diaper cakes being a rarity here still, I wanted others to be able to experience the same joy of giving something so thoughtful and practical, or to the new parents, the warm appreciation of being given something that is useful and enjoyable to receive.

After that I made another Diaper Cake for a friend…it was so much fun to put together that I got addicted…the reaction of the mommy-to-be of course helped a lot.
